Q: what is your return policy?
A: We hope you are pleased with the items you purchased. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept items in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable and return postage must be pre-paid. COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted.

Q: I am unsure of what color to purchase, who can help?
A: If you are having trouble determining your approved color, please contact your manager, human resources, or purchasing and they will be able to direct you to the appropriate color.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A:
Standard orders that do not include embroidery will typically ship within 2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. Embroidery orders will require 7-10 working days for in stock items. Branded items (any brand other than Medline, are non-stocked items) will have extended lead times of up to three weeks, and if they have embroidery they will be subject to embroidery lead times as well.
If there is a delay beyond this, we will notify you. You will only be charged once for shipping if your order ships in multiple shipments.
