A: We hope you are pleased with the items you purchased. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable and return postage must be pre-paid. COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted.
