How do I place an order?

Once you have logged in to SuiteStyles.com with the username and password provided to you, start by clicking on the correct link from the discipline list to the left. After clicking on a discipline link, all items and any corresponding embroidery details available for that discipline will appear. You can then choose to sort, or to click on items directly to view product details, sizing information, and more.

Please note:

  • To ensure you receive a matching set, make sure to order tops and bottoms in the same brand and fabric!
  • Be sure to review the item details and the sizing chart located below each item. Some items have custom sizing charts that are unique to the style.

How will my Credit Card be authorized and charged?

We are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment methods.
*If you use a card that is also a debit card directly connected to bank funds, make sure to also read the FAQ section below for Can I use a Debit Card as Payment?

When you place an order, our company contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. The authorization will appear as from “Medline Industries” on your statement. This is not a charge. The funds will only be collected once your items have shipped from our warehouse. However, until that time, you may see additional pending transaction funds authorized or held by your bank as a result of the authorization process. 

If the authorization on your card does expire before the order has shipped, your card will automatically be reauthorized to maintain the validity of the payment method. Please keep in mind that changes in stock availability and items with embroidery (which normally have additional processing time) make multiple authorizations typical for orders on this website. 

Split authorizations: If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered items, you will see split authorizations and/or charges on your statement. Orders are normally shipped all together, however in the event that some items are shipped separately, you will see split authorizations and/or charges on your statement.

The final total amount of funds collected on your order will not exceed your order total at checkout. Once your order has been completely shipped and the charge has been processed, any remaining authorizations (i.e. held funds) will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To inquire about an authorization on your statement after the complete charge has processed, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.

Can I use a Debit Card as payment?

Please note: We strongly recommend against the use of debit cards for online purchases.

Our system is not officially set up to be able to accept debit cards. However, some Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit cards may be able to be used on our website. If choosing to use a debit card for a purchase, please note:

  • Due to the nature of our orders and our authorization process, multiple authorizations and split authorizations are typical for orders placed on this website. Depending on your bank’s policies, this can result in overlapping authorizations which causes additional funds to be held by your bank until the order ships and the transactions are finalized. 
  • SuiteStyles/Medline is not responsible for any overdraft charges.
  • SuiteStyles/Medline is not able to expedite your bank's process of releasing funds.

Can I place an order any other way than online?

We unfortunately cannot process orders via phone, mail, or fax. The easiest and fastest way to place your order is via our secure shopping cart right here at your facility’s customized SuiteStyles webpage. If you have any questions during the ordering process, our customer service team will be happy to assist you as you place your order online during our normal business hours.

What size should I choose?

When browsing products on the site, clicking each item will provide both additional product details and a size chart. Be sure to consider the size chart for each individual item, as different styles even within the same brand and collection may have different size charts.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will pay sales tax based on the tax at the ship location. Tax is estimated on our website at order checkout and subject to change. Exact taxes will be calculated and determined once your order fully processes.

How do orders ship, and how much will I pay for shipping?

Orders are shipped via FedEx ground service with no signature required. Shipping charges are flat rates based on order subtotals.

Please note that shipping rates for orders delivering to Alaska or Hawaii are different than those to the continental United States.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order after it has been submitted?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has been submitted online. However, if you find that you need to try to make a change after you have submitted an order, please call our customer service team as soon as possible during our normal business hours (877-278-2712 weekdays 8am-5pm CST) and we will gladly attempt to make any adjustments if possible at that time.

Please note that orders may begin processing immediately if all items are available, including orders placed after our normal business hours. Orders with embroidered items may not be able to be cancelled or changed once items have begun the embroidery process, even though additional processing time may be required before the items are ready to ship.

Please feel free to call our customer service team with any questions before submitting your order. For orders that are unable to be changed or cancelled as requested, please see our Return Policy, located below in our Frequently Asked Question section.

What is the return policy on the site?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on items that have not been embroidered, washed, worn, or otherwise damaged. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on orders past 30 days from the invoice date (which is at the time the order is shipped). The customer is responsible for the return shipping postage. Refunds will be returned to the tender in which the order was paid. We unfortunately cannot exchange items.

If you have received a return form inside your package, you may complete the form and follow the instructions to return your items. If you have lost or did not receive a return form, you can request a new one by emailing suitestyles@medline.com, or by calling customer service at 877-278-2712, weekdays 8am-5pm.

My previous AVE scrub favorite has been discontinued... what should I order instead?

You’re constantly on the move and so are we to bring you more flattering, comfortable AVE products along with a new sizing system across our entire line. That means we’re discontinuing some of our styles and introducing new ones. If your old favorite style has already gone away, never fear... we are excited to suggest some of our new styles that we think you'll like!

The ComfortEase line of scrubs looks different - why is that?

Our ComfortEase line of scrubs is getting a face lift! In addition to a few new styles, we are happy to introduce our new ComfortEase 2.0 fabric, which features the same poly cotton blend as our original fabric, PLUS mechanical stretch, extra durability and fade resistance, and one side peaching for softness!

If one of your old favorites has been discontinued, check out our suggestions below for an alternate - make sure to check out the new sizing charts for the new styles to make sure you're getting the right fit!
